Skymission Launches HK$32.3 Million Share Placing Under General Mandate

Skymission (HKG:1429) has entered into a placing agreement on Aug. 14, with SolarStone Capital as the placing agent, to place up to 320 million new shares at HK$0.101 per share, according to a bourse filing on Monday.

The placing price represents a discount of approximately 15.83% to the closing price of HK$0.120 on the date of the agreement, and the maximum placing shares constitute 20% of the company's existing issued share capital.

Gross proceeds from the placing are estimated at HK$32.3 million, with net proceeds of approximately HK$31.7 million after deducting the placing commission and related expenses.

The company intends to allocate 50% of the net proceeds toward settling trade and other payables, while the remaining 50% will be used for staff costs.
