TCL Gets China Securities Regulator Nod for 2 Billion Yuan Bond Issuance

TCL (SHE:000100) received approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission to issue up to 2 billion yuan of corporate bonds, according to an after-hours filing on Monday with the Shenzhen bourse.

The issuance forms part of a 10 billion-yuan bond program.

Shares in the appliance maker rose 1% during morning trading on Tuesday.
