Yonghui Superstores (SHA:601933) said its arbitration case has entered the execution stage, with the Shanghai First Intermediate People's Court issuing subpoenas after Dalian Yujin Trading filed applications to set aside and refuse enforcement of a 3.64-billion-yuan arbitral award.

The award covers unpaid share transfer fees, default penalties and legal costs, according to a weekend filing with the Shanghai bourse.

Shares of the supermarket operator closed 2% lower Monday.
