DayOne Data Centers is in discussions with a consortium of banks to obtain a five-year facility worth HK$1.86 billion, Bloomberg reported citing people familiar with the matter.

The company aims to use proceeds for refinancing and capital expansion for its data center in Hong Kong, according to the people.
