M3 (TYO:2413) said it has finalized the terms for the issuance of 1,028 units of share acquisition rights, according to a Tokyo Stock Exchange filing on Friday.
The Japanese healthcare information services company said the value of assets to be contributed upon exercise is set at 188,400 yen per right, equivalent to 1,884 yen per share.
