The assets are being developed in two phases, with a total of 132 beds upon completion. \nTAP soft-launched the first phase of Gather House earlier this month, with 72 beds at 65 South Bridge Road. As at Aug 21, TAP has already achieved a 90% occupancy rate at this property. \nThe second phase will see TAP launch the remaining 60 beds at 63 South Bridge Road. However, this property has not attained a temporary occupation permit (TOP).
