KE Holdings' (HKG:2423) attributable net income in the first half of 2026 increased to 3.88 billion yuan from 2.16 billion yuan in the year-ago period, according to an after-market Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Earnings per share climbed to 1.15 yuan in the interim period from 0.61 yuan in the corresponding period of the last year.
Total revenue declined 12% to 43.4 billion yuan in the half year from 49.3 billion yuan a year prior.
