Workday (WDAY) reported a fiscal Q2 non-GAAP net income late Thursday of $2.75 per diluted share, up from $2.21 a year ago.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.61.
Revenue for the quarter ended July 31 was $2.65 billion, up from $2.35 billion a year earlier.
Analysts expected $2.64 billion.
For fiscal Q3, the company expects subscription revenue of $2.52 billion. Analysts expect $2.52 billion.
For fiscal 2027, the company now expects subscription revenue of $9.94 billion to $9.95 billion, compared with $9.93 billion to $9.95 billion previously. Analysts expect $9.95 billion.
Shares were down about 4% in after-hours trading.
