Kimberly-Clark (KMB) has asked EU regulators to clear its proposed acquisition of Kenvue (KVUE), according to a filing published Thursday on the European Commission's website.
The deal, announced in November 2025, values Kenvue at an enterprise value of $48.7 billion and is expected to close in H2.
The transaction would see Kimberly-Clark acquire all outstanding common shares of Kenvue under the 2025 agreement.
