Zhongji Innolight's (SHE:300308, HKG:3308) Hong Kong shares were included in the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect programs, effective Thursday, according to an after-hours disclosure the same day with the Shenzhen bourse.
Following the inclusion of its H shares in the Stock Connect program, eligible mainland Chinese investors could invest in the optical interconnect service company's Hong Kong shares.
Innolight's Hong Kong shares rose 3% while its Shenzhen shares jumped 2% during morning trading on Friday.
