Melrose Industries (UK:MRO): The aerospace company launched a fund to pay out claims relating to a chemical incident at a California plant; the local attorney's office said it won't bring criminal charges. Shares in London jumped.

XPeng (HK:9868, XPEV): The EV maker posted a widened loss amid a heavy push into physical AI such as humanoid robots and autonomous driving.

Intuit $(INTU)$: The software company reports earnings after the bell.
