Bank of America (BAC), UBS Group (UBS), and UniCredit are working with private aviation firm Vista Global on a potential initial public offering in Europe that could raise over $1 billion, Bloomberg reported Thursday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.

An IPO could happen next year and UAE-based Vista Global, which operates the VistaJet and XO brands, could be valued at more than $10 billion in the listing, the report said.

Bank of America, UBS, UniCredit and Vista Global did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
