Rockwell Automation (ROK) said Thursday it has launched TechConnectIQ Support, a remote support to help reduce downtime, speed time to resolution, and simplify software and firmware updates for manufacturers.
The support is available for single-site contract customers in North America, with additional regions planned for 2027, the firm said.
