Prudential's (PUK) subsidiary, Prudential Corp. Holdings Limited, plans to sell up to a 2% stake in ICICI Prudential Asset Management through an open-market sale, the company said Wednesday.
The sale is expected Thursday to support ICICI Prudential Asset Management's progress toward India's 15% minimum public-float requirement within five years of its Dec. 19, 2025, initial public offering.
Following the sale, Prudential Corp. Holdings will retain a 32.6% stake, with governance rights unchanged, it added.
