SoftBank (TYO:9434) said the capital increase in its consolidated subsidiary LINE MAN Corp. is delayed to the end of October from August due to the time required to finalize the agreement, according to a Friday release.

The Japanese telecommunications and technology company said the capital increase, to be conducted through LINE Southeast Asia Corp., involves the acquisition of 12.4 million LINE MAN shares for $130 million.

LINE Yahoo Corp., SoftBank's consolidated subsidiary, already made LINE MAN a consolidated subsidiary as of Sept. 30, 2025.
