Jiangsu Expressway Company (HKG:0177, SHA:600377) plans to inject 600 million yuan into its wholly owned subsidiary, Jiangsu Yunshan Green Energy Investment, over five years to support clean energy projects, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
About 40 million yuan is expected to be contributed in 2026, bringing the subsidiary's registered capital from 2 billion yuan to 2.6 billion yuan.
The funds will be used for fishery-solar and crab-farming-solar projects, transportation-energy integration, wind power capacity expansion, research and development, and working capital, according to a Friday bourse filing.
Jiangsu Expressway will retain its 100% stake in the subsidiary.
