CITIC Pacific Special Steel Group's (SHE:000708) unit, Taifu Kechuang Special Steel (Shanghai), completed the acquisition of Prosperity Kingsfield after the consideration was paid in full, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Wednesday.
Prosperity Kingsfield was acquired for 1.51 billion yuan from Guangzhou Airport.
The Chinese steel producer's shares rose 1% during the afternoon trade.
