Union Bank of India (NSE:UNIONBANK, BOM:532477) will issue a total of $600 million of U.S. dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes through its DIFC Branch in Dubai.
The offering comprises $300 million of three-year notes due 2029 and $300 million of five-year notes due 2031.
The three-year notes carry a 5.230% coupon, while the five-year notes carry a 5.417% coupon, with interest payable semi-annually, the filing said.
