Stock Futures Tick up After Strong Nvidia Earnings

Stock-index futures edged higher in after-hours trading Wednesday after Nvidia crushed another round of earnings. The company's strong report offered relief to the major indexes, which saw muted moves earlier in the day.
Tech-heavy Nasdaq 100 futures are up nearly 1% in postmarket trading. S&P 500 and Dow futures are up 0.6% and 0.5%, respectively. Even small-cap Russell 2000 futures inched up about 0.2%.
