Electromed (ELMD) Chief Executive Jim Cunniff plans to retire around April 2 after serving as president and CEO since 2023, it said late Tuesday, adding that the board plans to search for his successor.

Shares declined 18%, with intraday trading volume rising to over 229,000 from a daily average of about 89,000.

Greenland Mines (GRML) shares slumped 43% amid heavy trading after the company said it priced its public offering of 4 million shares for gross proceeds of about $20 million.

Intraday trading volume catapulted to over 2.09 million from a daily average of about 174,000.

Spyre Therapeutics (SYRE) said late Tuesday its experimental rheumatoid arthritis drug SPY072 failed to meet the company's internal performance threshold needed to justify further stand-alone development, prompting a halt of its monotherapy RA program.

Shares dropped 14% as intraday trading volume rose to over 1.96 million from a daily average of about 1.25 million.
