Top Glove (KLSE:TOPGLOV, SGX:BVA) issued 750 new shares following the exercise of warrants at 1.27 ringgit per share.
The shares will be listed on Aug. 27, bringing the company's total issued shares to 8.22 billion.
Its issued share capital will increase to 1.86 billion ringgit, the filiing said.
Shares of the rubber glove manufacturer rose nearly 1% in recent trade.
