Purple Style Labs plans to launch its initial public offering in India next week, seeking to raise up to 6.8 billion Indian rupees through a fresh share issue, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing company prospectus.
The company, which owns Pernia's Pop-Up Shop, will offer shares at 546 rupees to 575 rupees each, with the IPO open for subscription from Aug. 31 to Sept. 2, according to the report.
Axis Capital and IIFL Capital are managing the offering.
