Electra Therapeutics filed for an initial public offering.

The late clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company did not say how many shares it intends to list, or at what price, according to a Friday filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company focuses on treatments for immune-mediated diseases and cancer. Its lead product candidate, ipsoprubart, is currently in a registrational program to treat secondary hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis, according to the filing.

Electra said it would use proceeds from the IPO to advance ipsoprubart and support the development of other possible treatments.

The company said it applied to list its shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol ETRA.
