Solstice Minerals Says Western Australia Copper-Gold Project Drilling Identifies High-Grade Zones, Shares Up 4%

Solstice Minerals (ASX:SLS) said reverse circulation drilling identified previously unrecognized high-grade zones within and close to the current mineral resource estimate at the Nanadie copper-gold project in Western Australia, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

It hit intercepts of 83 meters at nearly 1% grade of copper and 0.44 grams per tonne grade of gold to the end of hole from 143 meters, as well as 18 meters at almost 2.3% grade of copper and 1.12 g/t grade of gold to the end of hole from 292 meters.

The results extended the Nanadie deposit to at least 1.3 kilometers of strike.

Its shares rose 4% in recent trading on Monday.
