The proposed optimisation, following FHT's privatisation in October 2025, is expected to enhance Frasers Property's earnings per share (EPS) by 3.4%, return on equity (ROE) by 0.1 percentage points, net asset value (NAV) per share by 1.3% and reduce its net gearing by 3.3 percentage points.
