China Mining's Hong Kong Unit Gets Dissolved, Deregistered

MT Newswires08-31

China Mining International's (SGX:BHD) Hong Kong subsidiary Fully Rich International Investment was deregistered and dissolved on April 10, according to a Friday Singapore Exchange filing.

Fully Rich was a dormant investment-holding vehicle, and its subsidiaries had been transferred to China Mining International through intra-group transfers before the deregistration, leaving the group's effective interests unchanged.

The company said the move forms part of efforts to cut operating costs and administrative burden.
