China Bohai Bank (HKG:9668) completed the issue of 15 billion yuan of bonds in China's national interbank bond market.
The three-year fixed-rate bonds carry a coupon rate of 1.6%, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The lender will use proceeds to meet asset and liability allocation needs, supplement funding sources, optimize the liability maturity structure, and promote business development.
