iWOW Technology (SGX:NXR) completed an SG$9.3 million post-completion payment to the vendor for its acquisition of Roots Communications.
The payment comprised SG$5.6 million in cash and 11.2 million consideration shares issued at SG$0.3327 each, according to a Wednesday Singapore Exchange filing.
Following the share issuance, iWOW's issued shares increased to 367.6 million from 356.4 million, excluding treasury shares.
The new shares are expected to be listed and begin trading on the SGX Catalist on Sept. 7.
