Jinhui Mining (SHA:603132) controlling shareholder Gansu Yate Investment pledged 9.4 million shares to Gansu Jinkong Natural Ecological Environment Investment and Construction, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The share pledge, valid from Aug. 31, 2026, to Aug. 30, 2028, will help supplement working capital.
Gansu Yate has so far pledged 386.9 million shares, equivalent to 78.15% of its own shareholding and 39.56% of the company's total shares.
