GPT Group (ASX:GPT) opened its AU$555 million 51 Flinders Lane office development in Victoria, the real estate investment trust said in a statement released on Thursday.
The latest businesses committing to the precinct include AI infrastructure company Firmus Technologies, which will occupy a whole floor on Level 14, and out-of-home media company JCDecaux, which is relocating its Melbourne team to a whole floor on Level 9, per the statement.
GPT Group's shares gained about 1% in recent Friday trade.
