Keymed Biosciences (HKG:2162) has signed a licensing agreement with Singapore-based Aeira to market and sell Kangyueda in 18 markets across Central and Southeast Asia, according to a Wednesday bourse filing.

Kangyueda is approved to treat moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis in adults, chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis and seasonal allergic rhinitis, the filing said.

Under the deal, Keymed will receive an upfront payment, milestone payments upon hitting certain targets and royalties in the high-double-digit percentage range based on regional sales.

Aeira will be responsible for regulatory filings and the commercialization of Kangyueda in markets including Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, as well as Hong Kong and Macau.

Keymed will oversee the production and timely supply of Kangyueda to Aeira.
