Dai Nippon Printing Repurchases Shares Worth 4.14 Billion Yen in August

Dai Nippon Printing (TYO:7912) repurchased 1.3 million shares in August, valued at 4.14 billion yen, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Tuesday.

The repurchase was made under a broader buyback program, according to which the company will repurchase 30 million shares for up to 50 billion yen from May 14, 2026, to March 31, 2027, the filing said.
