EVE Energy's (SHE:300014) subsidiary, EVE Asia, received nearly half of the repayment of iits joint venture company, Huafei Nickel-Cobalt (Indonesia), for the latter's $214.2 million loan, according to a Monday disclosure on the Shenzhen bourse.
The amount includes a repayment of $90 million and interest worth $40.6 million.
The loan was agreed upon in 2021 to fund the construction of Huafei Nickel-Cobalt's laterite nickel ore hydrometallurgical project.
