Paladin Energy Extends Mineralization at Canada Deposits; Shares Down 3%

Paladin Energy (ASX:PDN) extended mineralization at the Atlas and Saloon East discoveries and the Triple R deposit during exploration drilling at the Patterson Lake South project in Canada, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The standout result at Atlas intersected 42 meters of total composite mineralization, including 26 meters at 0.7% uranium equivalent and nearly 13 meters at 1.8% uranium equivalent, the filing said.

At Saloon East, drilling returned almost 20 meters of total composite mineralization at 0.1% uranium equivalent.

Meanwhile, drilling at Triple R returned nearly 13 meters of total composite mineralization, including 3.4 meters at 0.7% uranium equivalent, per the filing.

Paladin Energy shares fell 3% in morning trade Wednesday.
