MediaAlpha's chief financial officer, Pat Thompson, is leaving the marketing technology company.
MediaAlpha on Thursday said Thompson, who joined the Los Angeles company as finance chief in December 2021, is stepping down on Oct. 1, and will be succeeded by Tigran Sinanyan, currently senior vice president of finance.
Sinanyan, 44 years old, served as MediaAlpha's finance chief from 2015 to 2021 and rejoined the company in his current post in July 2025.
MediaAlpha said Thompson will leave the company on Oct. 30, but will serve as a consultant through February 2027 to assist with the transition.
MediaAlpha also said it expects its third-quarter revenue and adjusted Ebitda to be at or above the high end of prior guidance of $330 million to $355 million and $32 million to $35 million, respectively.
