Edding Genor Group Holdings (HKG:6998) Chairman and CEO Ni Xin plans to spend up to $1 million to buy additional company shares, according to a Hong Kong Exchange filing on Monday.
Ni will execute the open market share purchases using his personal funds.
The biopharmaceutical company added that it has commenced its planned stock buyback, and the repurchased shares will be used for employee incentives, market capitalization management or other purposes, the filing said.
