Vodafone (VOD) is launching a new product for the UK that combines live television, on-demand content, streaming services, gaming, and music into a single hub, the company said Thursday.
The hub is a set-top box powered by Alphabet (GOOG, GOOGL) Google's Android TV and is connected to a companion app, the company said.
It includes Netflix (NFLX) and Warner Bros. Discovery's (WBD) HBOMax as well as apps available through the Google Play Store, the company said.
The product will be available to Vodafone broadband and mobile customers in October, the company said.
