Medcaptain Medical Technology (HKG:2041) is set to receive HK$496.2 million in net proceeds from its initial public offering in Hong Kong.
The medical equipment maker priced its offering of 38.9 million H-shares at HK$15.42 apiece, according to a Sept. 4 disclosure.
The Hong Kong public offering was 436.37 times subscribed, with 3.89 million shares allocated, while the international offering was 2.35 times subscribed, with about 35 million shares allocated.
Medcaptain is set to debut on the Hong Kong bourse on Monday, Sept. 7.
