Taiwan's Annual Inflation Eases to 2.04% in August

Taiwan's annual inflation rate eased to 2.04% in August from 2.54% in July, National Statistics said Tuesday.

Core inflation, which excludes selected food and energy items, slipped to 2.3% in August from 2.38% in the previous month, the data showed.
