Shenzhen Longsys Electronics (HKG:9976, SHE:301308) will receive HK$6.8 billion in net proceeds from its initial public offering in Hong Kong after pricing the shares below the maximum target.
The semiconductor company issued nearly 30 million H-shares at HK$236 apiece, lower than its guidance of as high as HK$240.60 each, according to a late Monday disclosure.
The offer size adjustment option was fully exercised, resulting in the issuance of an additional 3.9 million shares under the deal's international offering portion.
The Hong Kong public offering was 40.32 times subscribed, with 2.6 million shares allocated, while the international offering was 3.88 times subscribed, with roughly 27.4 million shares allocated.
Cornerstone investors, which included Lenovo Group (HKG:0992) and Ingenic Semiconductor (SHE:300223, HKG:3223), subscribed for $151.1 million worth of IPO shares. They were allotted 5.02 million shares.
Longsys Electronics is set to debut on the Hong Kong bourse on Tuesday, Sept. 8.
