Genpact has hired Sumita Pandit as the professional services and technology solutions company's new senior vice president and chief financial officer.
Genpact on Tuesday said Michael Weiner, who has been finance chief since 2021, is stepping down from the post but will stay on as an adviser through the first quarter of 2027.
Pandit, 49 years old, most recently served as president and chief financial officer of specialty insurer Radian Group.
Genpact said Pandit will receive an annual base salary of $750,000 and an annual bonus with a target of 120% of her base pay.
