Goldman Sachs Asset Management, IG Wealth Management Collaborate on Investment Offerings in Canada

Goldman Sachs' (GS) investment arm, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, and IG Wealth Management said Tuesday they are collaborating to provide Canadian retail investors with access to globally diversified investment strategies across equities, fixed income and alternatives.

Goldman Sachs Asset Management's Multi-Asset Solutions team will assume portfolio management responsibilities for five IG Strategic Wealth Portfolios, according to a joint statement.

The portfolios will retain a globally diversified approach, while Goldman Sachs Asset Management will add complementary strategies to the existing lineup through IG's open architecture platform, the companies said.
