Uber Technologies (UBER) scheduled investor meetings on Sept. 7 and 8 for a potential maiden five-part euro bond sale, Bloomberg News reported Monday, citing an unnamed person familiar with the matter.
The company engaged Goldman Sachs (GS), BNP Paribas, Bank of America (BAC), Deutsche Bank (DB), and Morgan Stanley (MS) as bookrunners for the proposed transaction, the news outlet quoted the person as saying.
The debt offering is slated to include fixed-rate notes for three-, six-, eight-, 12-, and 20-year maturities, Bloomberg News reported, citing the person.
Uber, Goldman Sachs, BNP Paribas, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, and Morgan Stanley did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
