Oversea-Chinese Banking (SGX:O39) will list its $750 million of 4.630% covered bonds on the Singapore Exchange on Monday, according to a Friday filing to the bourse.
The covered bonds, issued under the lender's $10 billion Global Covered Bond Program, will bear interest at 4.630% per annum payable semi-annually in arrears, and net proceeds from the issuance will be used for general corporate purposes.
The bank's shares were up nearly 1% in recent trade.
