It made its global debut in China on August 11, when pre-sales began at a starting price of 259,800 yuan ($38,350).\nXpeng plans to officially launch the G9L and begin deliveries in China in September, though it has yet to announce a launch date.\nThe model offers battery electric vehicle (BEV) and extended-range electric vehicle (EREV) versions, both built on an 800-volt fast-charging platform.\nThe BEV version offers a range of up to 755 kilometers, while the EREV has a combined CLTC range of 1,602 kilometers.\nThe G9L joins the 6-seat GX SUV, launched in May, as Xpeng's second flagship model.
