Ferrari's Client Engagement Platform Could Strengthen Demand, Morgan Stanley Says

Ferrari's (RACE) expanding client engagement platform could strengthen long-term demand by deepening client loyalty and encouraging collection building, Morgan Stanley said in Thursday's note.

The analyst said Ferrari's ecosystem of driving tours, track programs, racing and client events strengthens owner engagement, with about 90,000 active clients globally providing room to deepen relationships without increasing vehicle volumes.

Morgan Stanley said Ferrari's client ecosystem, strong demand, richer mix and ultra-high-net-worth exposure should support growth, while its limited China exposure offers an advantage versus the broader luxury sector.

The brokerage expects 2026 cars and spare-parts price/mix growth of 8.9% versus 8.5% consensus, with volumes forecast to decline 1.7% for the full year but become a positive contributor to top-line growth from Q4.

Morgan Stanley raised its price target to $460 from $442 on the stock, with an overweight rating.

Ferrari shares were up more than 2% in Thursday trading.
