reach $400,000 by 2030, he told CNBC Squawk Box Asia on Thursday, calling it a \"reasonable target\" even as BTC currently trades around $77,000.He pointed to Bitcoin's oft-cited four-year cycle, arguing that it normally follows a familiar pattern of run-up and euphoria followed by a year-long down period. \"We've actually just come across the one-year mark for this down period,\" he said, The Senate votes on the Clarity Act on September 15, and from everyone he has spoken to there, he said, it is \"ready to get a yes vote.\" Law enforcement groups, many banks and crypto companies are on board, he added, and the objections Coinbase raised previously have been resolved.The remaining sticking point is ethics rules covering the president's family crypto ventures. The White House has offered a provision Armstrong called \"unprecedented\" for a sitting president, while Democrats want divestiture.
