Ore Resources (ASX:OR3) reported results from a regional reverse circulation (RC) drilling program at its wholly owned Coolgardie lithium projects in Western Australia, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The results were up to 15 meters at 1.14% lithium oxide from 68 meters, including six meters at 1.6% lithium oxide.
The company said it is progressing discussions with strategic parties to advance the Kalgoorlie-Hay Lithium Project (KHLP) to production following the release of the lithium direct shipping ore (DSO) study.
The company added that an upcoming drill program will resume in early October across the Coolgardie gold projects, focused on reverse circulation drilling at the Forrest and Burbanks Monarch prospects and first-pass aircore drilling at Avoca.
The company's shares fell 4% in recent Thursday trade.
