Perfect World (SHE:002624) will invest 50.4 million yuan as a limited partner in an emerging technology fund, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The Fuzhou Huizhu Venture Capital Partnership fund has a term of seven years, the online game distributor said.
