Shin-Etsu Chemical (TYO:4063) said it will implement a 20 yen per share commemorative dividend as part of the 100th anniversary of its founding, raising its dividend forecast for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Tuesday.
The chemicals company said the commemorative dividend will be included in the interim dividend, bringing the forecast interim payout to 78 yen per share, comprising a 58 yen ordinary dividend and the 20 yen commemorative dividend.
